Sales Executive - Boutique Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Artisan Istanbul MGallery Hotel Collection, a boutique luxury hotel in the heart of Istanbul and part of the MGallery Hotel Collection under Accor, is looking for a motivated, dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join its Sales & Marketing team. The role drives room, meeting and event sales and builds relationships with existing and potential clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate, leisure, MICE, travel trade and other key accounts
• Identify new business opportunities to increase hotel revenue and market share
• Conduct sales calls, client visits, presentations and property tours
• Follow up leads, inquiries, proposals and contracts
• Promote rooms, meeting spaces, events and other services to clients
• Build long-term partnerships with local and international companies, agencies and travel partners
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and business opportunities
• Take part in sales activities, networking events, trade shows and client meetings
• Work with Reservations, Front Office, Revenue Management and Events to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Achieve individual and departmental sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of accounts, sales activities and client information
• Prepare regular sales reports and give market feedback to the Sales Manager

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field
• Previous hotel sales or similar commercial experience preferred
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Good knowledge of the Istanbul hospitality and corporate market

Required skills

• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel sales systems/CRM tools
• Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
