Sales Executive

About the role

The Peninsula Istanbul is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive revenue for its luxury hotel portfolio located on the Bosphorus waterfront. You will work closely with the Director of Sales to develop and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring the hotel remains competitive in a vibrant market.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain regular communication with existing and prospective customers through multiple channels.
• Research industry trends, new business opportunities, and market developments to provide actionable insights.
• Monitor competitor hotels’ occupancy, pricing, promotions, and commercial activities.
• Analyze FIT and Group business performance against competitors.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date customer database and record all sales activities.
• Prepare weekly activity reports and quarterly production reports for the Director of Sales.
• Track room‑night production and revenue performance for assigned accounts and agencies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in luxury hotel sales.
• Proven sales track record and strong customer interaction skills.
• Excellent spoken English and attention to detail.
• High school diploma, hotel apprenticeship, or higher education in a related field.
