Sales Executive

About the role

Join Pluxee Turkey as a Sales Executive and help deliver high‑quality employee benefit services to corporate clients. You will work closely with C‑level executives, manage existing accounts and grow the portfolio through cross‑selling.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with corporate customers in your portfolio, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.
• Acquire new corporate clients through field work and expand the portfolio.
• Identify client needs based on their business processes and propose optimal solutions.
• Achieve targets across all service lines and keep internal stakeholders informed.
• Coordinate with internal teams to maintain top‑level customer satisfaction.
• Support clients through financing processes and prepare periodic sales forecasts.

Required profile

• University graduate in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate sales.
• Fluent in English (good level).
• Customer‑ and results‑oriented with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical and commercial mindset.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with CRM systems for reporting and forecasting.
