Senior Accountant & Reporting Specialist

About the role

REEF is seeking a Senior Accountant & Reporting Specialist to own end‑to‑end accounting for assigned entities. This full‑time remote position involves balance‑sheet and P&L responsibility, financial close, consolidation and audit support across a fast‑growing, multinational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute monthly, quarterly and annual close processes, preparing journal entries, accruals and adjustments.
• Maintain full ownership of Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss for assigned entities.
• Prepare and review balance‑sheet reconciliations, investigate unusual items and ensure GL integrity.
• Support intercompany accounting, fixed assets, inventory, payroll, AP/AR and banking operations.
• Produce monthly management reports, statutory financial information and variance analysis.
• Drive group consolidation across multiple legal entities and currencies.
• Act as primary finance contact for internal and external audits, preparing schedules and responding to queries.
• Identify and implement process improvements, ERP enhancements and automation initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 4+ years of professional accounting and financial reporting experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience with IFRS and month‑end/year‑end close.
• Proven balance‑sheet and P&L ownership in a multi‑entity environment.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (ERP).
