Senior Advocacy & Influencer Specialist – Skincare

About the role

Join a global beauty leader to shape creator‑driven conversations for top skincare brands. You will build and nurture influencer communities, design compelling brand experiences and use data‑driven insights to amplify the brand’s voice.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage creator communities, recruiting top‑tier to micro‑influencers across beauty and non‑beauty categories and aligning them with brand values.
• Develop “always‑on” programs that generate user‑generated content and use IRM and ContentPro data to drive sustainable impact.
• Use social listening and trend analysis to guide creators in producing compelling, on‑brand content.
• Design and execute online and offline brand experiences (events, trips, gifting, seeding) that encourage creators to amplify the brand.
• Coordinate agency operations for the Love Agency and oversee gifting and seeding processes.
• Monitor and analyse the brand’s “Love” performance, optimise strategies with data‑driven insights and report results to stakeholders.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum 4‑year program).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and negotiation abilities.
• Proactive attitude and ability to deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English.

Required skills

• Influencer Relationship Management (IRM) model.
• ContentPro tool.
