Senior Art Director

About the role

OLIVER, a part of The Brandtech Group, is looking for a Senior Art Director based in Istanbul on a hybrid basis. The role suits someone who makes a difference with design and also contributes ideas to creative concept and content development, keeps close track of digital trends and adapts quickly to new technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative ideas and visual worlds for digital and multi-channel projects
• Create strong designs for digital, social media, outdoor, film, packaging and print media
• Own projects from idea to execution together with creative, strategy and client teams
• Develop the brand's visual world while keeping a high design standard across all touchpoints
• Show strong craft in typography, composition, colour, visual hierarchy and detail
• Integrate current design trends, creative technologies and AI-assisted production tools
• Present creative ideas effectively to clients when needed

Required profile

• Degree in Fine Arts, Visual Communication Design or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in advertising agencies
• Active role as Senior Art Director in campaigns
• Strong portfolio and high craft quality
• Experience in brand communication and campaigns in FMCG or similar sectors
• Knowledge of digital platforms, social media culture and current creative trends
• Ability to use various AI tools creatively
