Senior Associate – Surgical Field Sales

About the role

Alcon is seeking a Senior Associate to drive surgical field sales in Istanbul. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building strong relationships with medical practitioners and allied health professionals, and supporting market access initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales and productivity targets within budget and timelines.
• Develop and execute business plans, including customer events, marketing campaigns, and sales presentations.
• Provide key account and hospital network support, including referral network development.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product strategy, positioning, and competitor activity.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely handling of inquiries and complaints.
• Prepare accurate sales reports and contribute to team objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in medical device sales.
• Ophthalmology experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Turkish (written and spoken).
• Valid driver’s license, passport, and completed military service.
• Strong business acumen, negotiation abilities, and problem‑solving skills.
