Senior DevOps Engineer

About the role

Beymen Group, a leading luxury fashion retailer in Turkey, is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to manage and continuously improve its high‑availability, business‑critical cloud infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, operate and continuously improve high‑availability, business‑critical cloud infrastructure.
• Design and enhance scalability, reliability, resilience and performance of production environments.
• Manage Kubernetes/AKS environments, including deployments, networking, ingress, resource management and autoscaling.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Terraform and Ansible.
• Define and maintain monitoring, logging, alerting and observability standards across applications and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with security and engineering teams to improve infrastructure, application and SDLC security.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of hands‑on DevOps/SRE experience, including responsibility for business‑critical production environments.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure, preferably Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and related cloud services.
• Extensive experience with Docker and Kubernetes, covering networking, ingress, autoscaling and production troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills across cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, networking and distributed systems.
