Senior Digital Advertising Specialist

About the role

Jotform is seeking a Senior Digital Advertising Specialist to join its Ankara office. You will lead the creation, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Create, implement, and track ad campaigns on Google, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Analyze and optimize campaigns through keyword research, ad placement, targeting, and testing.
• Conduct competitive analysis and assess landing page performance for SEM efforts.
• Report campaign performance regularly to senior management.

Required profile

• Goal‑oriented self‑starter with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to work independently and within cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Proficiency in end‑to‑end campaign management (define, execute, measure, optimize).
• Deep understanding of CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, Quality Score metrics.
• Experience with Search, Display, Remarketing, and Video ad formats.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and other analytics/optimization tools.
• Knowledge of current SEO best practices and ranking factors.
