Senior Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to strengthen our people‑centric culture, support organizational development, and act as a strategic partner to business leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a strategic HR partner to assigned business units, providing guidance on people‑related matters.
• Collaborate with leaders to identify workforce needs and align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Manage performance management, talent development, promotion, career planning, and employee relations processes.
• Contribute to workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and change initiatives.
• Coordinate employee engagement surveys, analyze results, and drive action plans.
• Monitor HR metrics and deliver actionable insights to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Economics, Industrial Relations or related field.
• 7–8 years of professional HR experience, preferably as an HR Business Partner.
• Proven experience in performance management, talent management, employee engagement and recruitment.
• Hands‑on experience with assessment centers and competency‑based evaluation.
• Strong knowledge of organizational development, workforce planning, change management and compensation principles.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
