About the role
UKX is seeking a Senior Human Resources Specialist to join its Workforce & Talent Management Department in Istanbul. The role focuses on end‑to‑end recruitment while also supporting broader HR functions such as employee experience and performance management.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full recruitment cycles: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers and onboarding.
- Handle specialist, senior‑level and managerial hiring, collaborating closely with hiring managers to assess needs.
- Support employee operations, performance and talent management, and contribute to HR policy development.
- Prepare HR reports, analyses and provide solution‑oriented support to employee and management inquiries.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 3‑4 years of HR experience with strong recruitment and talent acquisition background.
- Advanced proficiency in English and Russian, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication, analytical, organizational and time‑management skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
