Senior International Sales Specialist - Medical Tourism

About the role

Nivi Health is an international health tourism intermediary based in Istanbul, connecting patients worldwide with licensed healthcare institutions and experienced medical professionals. It coordinates personalized healthcare journeys in fields such as plastic and aesthetic surgery, rhinoplasty, dental treatments, hair transplantation and other specialized procedures, with a multilingual team supporting patients through consultation, treatment planning, travel, accommodation, VIP transfers and follow-up. The Senior International Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role in Istanbul focused on international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage international clients and present Nivi Health's medical tourism services
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to post-treatment follow-up
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with patients, partner clinics and agencies
• Respond to leads and prepare customized treatment and travel proposals
• Coordinate with medical and operations teams and track sales performance
• Contribute to market development strategies, attend relevant events or meetings and improve processes to raise conversion rates

Required profile

• Demonstrated expertise in international sales and international business, especially in medical tourism or healthcare-related services
• Minimum 2 years of experience in international sales, business development or account management
• Fluency in English and Turkish; additional languages are a strong advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, Marketing or a related field preferred
• Proven ability to work with multicultural clients and strong negotiation, presentation and relationship-management skills
