Senior Middleware Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Middleware Administrator to manage and support critical third‑party applications that underpin a broad range of enterprise products. The role covers middleware technologies such as messaging, caching, application delivery and cloud integration, and requires hands‑on troubleshooting across Windows and Linux environments.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain middleware platforms including Redis, RabbitMQ, Citrix XenApp, Apache Tomcat and Azure Service Bus.
• Perform troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis and log parsing to resolve performance and configuration issues.
• Plan and execute patches, updates and server administration tasks on Windows Server and Linux Server.
• Support Citrix application delivery infrastructure and document configurations, maintenance activities and operational procedures.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience managing enterprise middleware or third‑party applications.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues.
• Fluent English communication, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize technical incidents.

Required skills

• Hands‑on administration of Redis and RabbitMQ.
• Citrix XenApp (and PVS) administration.
• Apache Tomcat management.
• Azure Service Bus administration.
• Windows Server and Linux Server administration.
• PowerShell scripting.
• WordPress/LAMP stack experience.
• IIS administration.
• Elastic Stack usage and report development.
• Familiarity with JScape or other SFTP solutions.
