Senior Mobile Growth Specialist

About the role

We are an Istanbul‑based app studio building AI‑driven consumer apps for the US market. As a Senior Mobile Growth Specialist you will own the end‑to‑end growth process for each new product, from market research to launch, acquisition, monetisation and iteration.

Key responsibilities

• Research the US market, competitors, top charts and emerging ad formats, turning insights into creative briefs for designers and AI pipelines.
• Launch, optimise and manage paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads and Apple Search Ads, owning budgets and decision‑making on scaling or pausing.
• Design and analyse experiments on acquisition, creative, pricing, trials, subscriptions and credit packs.
• Define events, funnels and dashboards together with product and engineering teams, using attribution tools (SKAN, CAPI, MMPs).
• Leverage AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, AI video/image generators) for research, creative ideation, reporting and workflow automation.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on mobile app growth, performance marketing or user acquisition experience.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling multiple consumer apps from zero.
• Comfortable operating paid acquisition accounts directly on Meta, TikTok, Google Ads and/or Apple Search Ads.
• Deep understanding of CPI, CAC, ROAS, LTV, retention, trial‑to‑paid, churn and subscription economics.
• Strong English communication skills and a data‑driven, experimental mindset.
