Senior Performance Marketer (Remote)

About the role

EverAI is looking for a hands‑on Senior Performance Marketer to own and scale paid acquisition campaigns across multiple channels. You will work directly with the CMO to double down on growth, test new channels, and help the company reach 100 million users.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of one or two paid acquisition channels (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Google) and expand scope based on performance.
• Run high‑velocity testing loops on creatives, audiences, and placements to improve CAC and LTV.
• Monitor daily performance using Voluum, GA4, and internal dashboards, driving decisions through deep analysis of CPA, ROAS, and cohort behavior.
• Own the creative briefing process, define hooks and formats, and collaborate with content and product teams on high‑converting landing pages.
• Build and maintain relationships with traffic sources, negotiate premium placements, and explore new acquisition opportunities.
• Identify automation opportunities, create SOPs, playbooks, and experiment pipelines to scale campaigns efficiently.

Required profile

• 4–10+ years of performance marketing or user acquisition experience.
• Proven track record managing $300 K–$1 M+ monthly paid media spend.
• Strong analytical fluency with GA4, Voluum, and custom tracking setups.
• Excellent communication skills in English and a goal‑oriented, do‑er mindset.
