Senior Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

HubX is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to lead acquisition campaigns for DramaTV, a mobile‑first entertainment studio. You will own end‑to‑end performance marketing across major ad networks, driving growth for a product used by millions worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Facebook, Google, TikTok and other ad networks using data‑driven decisions.
• Continuously A/B test creative and targeting approaches, reporting results daily, weekly and monthly.
• Implement optimization strategies based on performance data and collaborate with the creative team to develop high‑impact assets.
• Provide KPI insights and analytical reports to guide future campaign direction.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital performance marketing, preferably for mobile apps.
• Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills and ability to interpret data from Firebase, Appsflyer and Google Analytics.
• Excellent verbal and written English, self‑motivated and team‑oriented.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads and Google UAC.
• Knowledge of digital marketing metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPA, CPI and retention.
• Proficiency with Firebase, Appsflyer, Google Analytics.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
