Trade Marketing Management Trainee – On & Hotels

About the role

Join the Business Development & Trade Marketing team at Pernod Ricard as a Trade Marketing Management Trainee focused on On‑Trade and Hotel channels. You will support the planning and execution of commercial initiatives, analyse market performance and help deliver best‑in‑class trade marketing execution.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of trade marketing initiatives aligned with brand and channel strategies.
• Analyse promotional performance, conduct ROI analysis and prepare regular commercial reports and dashboards.
• Monitor sell‑out performance, merchandising effectiveness and execution quality to generate actionable insights.
• Assist with budget planning, trade investment tracking and incentive program management.
• Coordinate loyalty and incentive programmes and support the development of POS materials and visibility assets.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (Bachelor's or Master's) in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
• Up to 2 years of internship or professional experience in Trade Marketing, Sales, Marketing or Commercial functions, preferably FMCG.
• Strong analytical thinking, commercial mindset and proactive ownership attitude.
• Fluent in Turkish and English and willing to travel regularly for field visits.
