Senior Sales Executive - Banking & Financial Services

About the role

A global technology company with more than two decades of experience in financial services is looking for a Senior Sales Executive to manage the sales process for its growing company's presence in new regions. The selected person will own a territory outside the current customer base and generate net-new sales to new customers.

Key responsibilities

• Sell the company's software products and professional advisory services, using the Challenger Sales methodology
• Generate new customers and opportunities through outbound prospecting, account targeting, referrals and lead generation tools
• Maintain an accurate end-to-end sales pipeline in CRM, forecast revenue and run regular pipeline reviews
• Lead discovery and qualification, and build relationships with C-level executives and operational stakeholders
• Plan and deliver presentations and product demonstrations, and organize internal deal review meetings
• Own proposals and RFPs end to end, and lead commercial negotiations and contract processes with legal and procurement
• Represent the company at marketing events, conferences and trade shows, and co-sell with Microsoft and partners

Required profile

• 10-15 years of business experience in enterprise B2B complex selling, with business applications selling preferred
• Experience in the Microsoft solutions space or Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Experience in banking or the financial industry
• Open to frequent travel across Central and Eastern Europe
