Service and Solution Delivery Specialist – Resource Planning

About the role

Join Philips' Services & Solutions Delivery team in Istanbul, where you will coordinate service orders, manage resource allocation and ensure optimal service execution for customers across multiple languages.

Key responsibilities

• Create resourcing plans and service order fulfillment schedules to balance business obligations and customer demand.
• Receive, monitor, develop and dispatch service orders for field engineers and other resources.
• Act as the single point of contact for exceptions and escalations, handling analysis, registration and timely communication.
• Forecast, plan and monitor workforce utilization and service execution.
• Record and report equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders and delivery schedules.

Required profile

• University degree or high school diploma with vocational education.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain management, operations coordination or customer services.
• Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• Microsoft Windows and Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience with SAP and Salesforce or similar customer case management systems.
