Spare Parts Coordinator

About the role

The Spare Parts Coordinator will manage spare parts and service‑tool logistics across Turkey, ensuring efficient warehousing, inventory accuracy and timely deliveries to support field service operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate spare parts logistics, including warehousing, order fulfilment, transportation and returns.
• Operate inventory transactions in WMS/GWMS, SAP and SCM/work‑order systems, maintaining accuracy and traceability.
• Manage courier, trucking and freight shipments, liaising with 3PL providers, freight forwarders and customs brokers.
• Support import/export and customs‑clearance processes, handling shipment documents and HS codes.
• Monitor consumption, shortages, excess and ageing inventory, and assist with safety‑stock planning.
• Conduct inventory reconciliations, cycle counts and prepare logistics reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in spare‑parts logistics, warehousing or service logistics.
• Experience with WMS, SAP or other ERP systems.
• Professional proficiency in English and Turkish.
