Stock Code Management Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Stock Code Management Specialist to join our Food & Beverage Services head office. The role focuses on maintaining accurate stock code data and Bills of Materials within our ERP system to support procurement, operations and finance.

Key responsibilities

• Create, activate and define stock codes according to the Main‑Group/Sub‑Group/Detail‑Group hierarchy.
• Review and correct existing stock codes, ensuring completeness and consistency.
• Maintain and update BOMs for semi‑finished and finished goods, guaranteeing alignment with production processes.
• Perform data quality checks, prevent duplicates, and enforce naming conventions.
• Coordinate with procurement, operations and finance teams to validate data requests and changes.
• Manage inactive or obsolete product codes, including deactivation and archiving.
• Provide guidance to users on stock code and BOM procedures and suggest improvements to the ERP master‑data workflow.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum three years of experience with ERP systems and master data management.
• Strong knowledge of stock code structures, BOMs and product categorisation.
• Proficient English communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve data errors.
