Supplier Quality Expert CATS

About the role

Join Fresenius Medical Care’s Antalya plant as a Supplier Quality Expert within the Bloodlines division. You will ensure the quality of raw materials and components that are critical for dialysis therapy, supporting the company’s mission to improve patient outcomes worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain Supplier Quality Assurance systems across assigned regions and manufacturing sites.
• Lead supplier qualification, selection, evaluation, and continuous development processes.
• Plan and conduct on‑site and remote supplier audits in line with ISO 13485 and regulatory requirements.
• Investigate and manage supplier‑related deviations, customer complaints, and CAPA processes.
• Assess and approve supplier changes through Change Control procedures.
• Support supplier and site transfer projects and collaborate on process validation, risk management, and change activities.
• Monitor supplier performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and present quality reports, trend analyses, and improvement recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Life Sciences or related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in Supplier Quality, Quality Assurance or Quality Engineering.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) and willingness to live in or relocate to Antalya.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ISO 13485 and medical device quality requirements.
• Experience with supplier audits, qualification and quality systems.
• Understanding of CAPA, Change Control, risk management and validation processes.
