System Support Specialist

About the role

Inventiv is looking for a System Support Specialist to ensure the smooth operation of its IT infrastructure, provide fast technical assistance, and maintain security and compliance across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor network performance, manage Windows servers, and perform preventive maintenance.
• Provide fast and effective solutions to user technical issues, including hardware, software, and peripheral problems.
• Manage backup, data recovery, and ensure compliance with IT security policies.
• Administer Active Directory, Exchange Online, and related services, and apply updates to software and hardware.
• Oversee security devices such as firewalls and antivirus gateways, review logs, and implement security updates.

Required profile

• Graduated from Computer Engineering, IT, or Computer Programming.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Completed military service (for male candidates) and holds a valid driver’s license.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Microsoft Windows Client (Win10/11) management and troubleshooting.
• Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, DNS, DHCP, IIS, File Server, and clustering services.
• Active Directory administration and Exchange Online (Office 365) support.
• Basic networking (LAN, WAN, VPN, TCP/IP) and experience with access points and switches.
• Ticket‑based service management tools and IT inventory tracking.
