Tax Accounting Specialist

About the role

Hyundai Motor Türkiye is looking for a Tax Accounting Specialist to support invoice issuing, monthly closing, tax declarations and various compliance processes within a dynamic, globally recognized automotive company.

Key responsibilities

• Issue invoices on request and provide support to all departments.
• Support monthly accounting closing activities and financial statement preparation.
• Perform IFRS provisions, adjustments, classifications and register them in SAP.
• Handle VAT, SCT refund processes and tax declaration preparation.
• Follow up transfer pricing issues and prepare accounting and tax reports for management.
• Assist audit teams during tax inspections, customs checks and full certification processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 2‑3 years of experience in accounting and tax processes.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Knowledge of Local GAAP and IFRS standards.
• Experience with SAP FI module.
