Technical Sales Support – Senior Professional

About the role

The Technical Sales Support – Senior Professional will act as the technical expert for Wavin product portfolios, delivering trainings and supporting sales teams throughout projects and tenders. You will advise customers on product selection, ensure correct installation on site, and serve as the key technical interface between sales, marketing and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise for Wavin piping systems, infrastructure and water management solutions.
• Deliver product trainings, workshops and presentations via the Wavin Academy.
• Support sales teams during projects and tenders with technical input and system recommendations.
• Advise customers on product selection, application suitability and integrated system solutions.
• Conduct site visits to verify correct product installation and compliance with technical standards.
• Serve as the technical liaison between Sales, Marketing and customers to ensure accurate knowledge transfer.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Civil or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in piping systems, construction or infrastructure.
• Strong technical knowledge of product applications, system design and installation practices.
• Ability to explain complex technical solutions to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and Turkish.
• Willingness to travel as required.
