Territory Manager – Antalya

About the role

Align Technology is looking for a Territory Manager to lead its Antalya region. You will drive growth by developing existing accounts and onboarding new high‑potential orthodontic practices, helping them adopt digital solutions that modernise their business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Antalya territory and surrounding areas, driving business growth and onboarding new high‑potential accounts.
• Use customer insights and a consultative selling approach to encourage adoption of digital processes.
• Act as a business partner, helping practices modernise through digital technology.
• Develop and execute territory and account plans based on deep understanding of each customer’s goals and challenges.
• Utilise data and analytics to support decision‑making and identify growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Orchestrate internal resources to optimise the customer experience and promote Align solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• B2B sales experience, preferably in a consultative, customer‑focused environment.
• Strong analytical and business‑planning skills with ownership of territory activities.
• Proactive mindset focused on identifying growth opportunities for customers.
• High integrity, strong commercial acumen and excellent collaboration skills.
• Adaptable and open to new ideas, technologies, and business approaches.
• Native‑level Turkish and fluent English.
