Total Rewards Partner – Sales Market Turkey

About the role

The Total Rewards Partner will support the Sales Market covering Turkey, Kazakhstan and Georgia, ensuring that compensation, benefits and mobility programs are aligned with H&M Group’s global Total Rewards strategy while remaining locally relevant.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the Total Rewards partner for the Sales Market, aligning local practices with global frameworks.
• Lead execution of compensation, benefits, mobility and other reward programs at market level.
• Support implementation and communication of pay structures and compensation principles.
• Oversee annual rewards processes, including salary reviews, incentive planning, budgeting and market benchmarking.
• Ensure compliance with global policies, local legislation and internal standards.
• Partner with People, Finance and business stakeholders to enable data‑driven reward decisions.
• Provide expert advice and training to People teams and senior leaders on compensation and benefits topics.
• Collaborate with global Total Rewards teams to improve processes, tools and governance.
• Analyze internal and market data to maintain competitive and equitable reward practices.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Solid background in compensation, benefits or Total Rewards, preferably in an international or matrix environment.
• Ability to translate complex reward frameworks into clear, practical recommendations.
• Strong analytical capabilities with confidence in data analysis and benchmarking.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and supporting reward‑related decision‑making.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Proficiency in English for cross‑market collaboration.
