Trade Marketing POS Specialist

About the role

The Trade Marketing POS Specialist will coordinate in‑store activities to maximise the Red Bull brand’s presence across trade channels, ensuring brand personality and values are upheld. The role leads strategy and enables execution through distribution partners and the Trade Marketing Manager, covering communication, POS development, trial activities and store analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the In‑Store Communication Plan aligned with sales and marketing objectives.
• Create and develop communication channels for internal, trade and shopper initiatives.
• Manage the Trade Marketing POS budget and oversee POS tool implementation and adaptation.
• Collaborate with distribution partner sales teams to advise on accounts and lead channel‑specific marketing strategies and activation programmes.
• Facilitate exchange of ideas between Marketing and DP teams and maintain internal networks with Communications, Brand, Sales and Finance.
• Analyse store data to identify opportunities, quantify them and propose solutions to maximise in‑store performance.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years experience in the FMCG sector, preferably in trade, category, brand or key‑account roles.
• Strong understanding of markets, sales, distribution, competitor activity and shopper behaviour.
• Excellent planning, organisational and multi‑tasking abilities with a proactive, “can‑do” attitude.
• Effective collaboration, communication and influencing skills.
• Analytical mindset with solid problem‑solving capabilities.
