• Accurate presentation of menu items and enhancement of sales through appropriate food and beverage pairings
• Handling guest complaints professionally and maintaining confidentiality
• Personalized service even during high-volume operations
• Proficiency in fine dining service standards, table setup and service protocols
• POS operation with accurate order entry and payment processing
• Quick response to special guest requests and smooth coordination of service flow
• Full adherence to hygiene, sanitation and food safety standards
