Waiter/Waitress – Guest Service Expert

About the role

Join the Moxy hotel team in Izmir as a Waiter/Waitress, delivering memorable dining experiences for our guests. You will be part of a lively crew that blends hospitality with playful energy, ensuring every meal feels like part of a unique experience.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and clear tables, maintain a clean and inviting dining area.
• Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and serve food and beverages promptly.
• Interact with guests, answer questions about the menu, and provide attentive service.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments in line with company policies.
• Follow health, safety, and uniform standards while working on varied surfaces.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• Less than one year of related food‑service experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance) and perform physical tasks safely.
