Web Developer (Full Stack) - Hybrid

About the role

Pegasus Airlines, a Turkish low-cost carrier operating connecting flights to more than 56 countries, is hiring a Full Stack Web Developer (flight number PC-2026) in a hybrid setting. You will build and improve web applications focused on performance, reliability, maintainability and customer experience, working closely with Product, UX, QA, Backend, Mobile and other engineering teams.

Required profile

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or a related field
• 2-4 years of professional web development experience, with hands-on frontend work and backend/API integration; comfortable in mature, long-lived codebases
• Team player eager to learn, with a customer-first mindset, strong communication and collaboration skills
• Agile mindset, comfortable collaborating with Product, UX, QA, Backend, Mobile and other teams

Required skills

• Frontend: TypeScript, JavaScript, React.js, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, SPA architecture, responsive design, accessibility and web performance; Next.js and SSR are a plus
• Backend: REST APIs, API design, validation, error handling, testing and service integration; Java/Spring and BFF architecture are a plus
• Software engineering: SOLID principles, OOP, design patterns, clean code, refactoring, modularization, dependency injection and technical debt management
• React ecosystem (Redux, MUI, design systems), unit, integration and UI/E2E testing, test automation
• Git, CI/CD workflows and Continuous Delivery; GitHub Actions and engineering quality gates are a plus
• Hands-on use of AI coding assistants (Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot) and review of their output
• Preferred: Node.js, Bun, microservices, distributed systems, cloud technologies, large-scale or high-traffic applications in travel, airline or e-commerce
