About the role
As a Food & Beverage Waiter at DoubleTree by Hilton, you will be the face of hospitality, creating memorable dining experiences for guests. Your upbeat attitude and attention to detail will help brighten each guest’s stay.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests with a friendly demeanor and anticipate their needs.
- Learn and communicate menu items, promotions, and specials confidently.
- Take food and beverage orders, enter them into the point‑of‑sale system, and deliver orders promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service station.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations.
Required profile
- Passion for delivering exceptional hospitality.
- Integrity, teamwork, and a sense of ownership.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards.
