Internal Controller Fast-Track Program – VIE (Turkey)

About the role

The VIE Internal Controller position in Istanbul offers a fast‑track journey within Hermès' Internal Control function. Over an 18‑month assignment you will be immersed in a dynamic, learning‑oriented environment, supporting the subsidiary’s risk management and control processes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the operational deployment of the annual internal control roadmap.
• Conduct risk assessments and measure the effectiveness of internal control systems.
• Administer group self‑assessment questionnaires for stores, subsidiaries, and treasury.
• Monitor and follow‑up on audit‑derived action plans to ensure implementation.
• Identify and assess operational risks, key controls, and perform internal control reviews of critical processes such as inventory and purchasing.

Required profile

• European Economic Area or Swiss citizen, aged 18‑28, with no prior VIE experience.
• Motivated, mobile, curious and ambitious, eager to work in a demanding and transforming organization.
• Strong relational intelligence, humility, and a commitment to collective learning.
