About the role

Mastercard is looking for an experienced Manager to lead the digital and innovation consulting product suite for the EEMEA region. You will drive growth of AI‑enabled services, partner onboarding, and roadmap execution while supporting customers in their digital transformation journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of the digital, AI and innovation consulting product suite across EEMEA.
• Build, maintain and prioritize a regional product roadmap aligned with customer needs and emerging AI capabilities.
• Identify, assess and onboard partners specializing in agentic AI platforms, autonomous workflows and AI‑driven decision systems.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and sales teams to ensure products are market‑ready and effectively sold.
• Act as a client‑facing expert on digital transformation, Generative AI and Agentic AI solutioning.
• Develop and refine delivery models to guarantee efficient and flawless implementation.
• Maintain strong relationships across Mastercard at all levels to champion the product suite.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in digital & AI strategy, innovation or digital transformation, preferably in a consulting or strategy role.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Hands‑on exposure to AI technologies, with a focus on Generative AI and traditional AI.
