About the role
Join Charlotte Tilbury as a Seasonal Beauty Expert at Beymen Istinyepark, where you will bring the brand’s magic to customers on the shop floor, helping them feel confident and beautiful.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing personalized makeup application and product advice.
- Achieve and exceed sales KPIs in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Maintain brand standards and grooming guidelines at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to foster a supportive, high‑energy workplace.
Required profile
- Ideally holds an NVQ‑3 in Beauty Therapy.
- Previous experience as a Sales Advisor in beauty, retail or FMCG is preferred.
- Passionate about the Charlotte Tilbury brand and able to convey its story to customers.
- Ability to adapt makeup techniques to diverse client needs.
Required skills
- Professional makeup application.
- Strong product knowledge of Charlotte Tilbury cosmetics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
