B2B Business Development Specialist

About the role

Omer Istanbul Dental Clinic is seeking a proactive B2B Business Development Specialist to identify new opportunities, build strong partnerships, and drive measurable business results in international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities in international markets.
• Research and approach potential partners, agencies, brokers, corporate companies and healthcare‑related networks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international partners.
• Conduct proactive outreach via LinkedIn, email, phone calls and networking.
• Arrange and lead B2B meetings and presentations.
• Develop partnership proposals and commercial cooperation models.
• Manage negotiations and guide them to successful agreements.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and new business channels.
• Collaborate closely with Call Center and Clinical teams.
• Track and report business development activities and results.

Required profile

• Experience in B2B sales, business development, corporate sales or partnerships.
• Confident in prospecting, cold outreach and relationship management.
• Strong communication, persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Target‑driven, results‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, international environment.
