About the role

Join the vibrant team at Porta Chiara Hotel Istanbul Karakoy and lead the front office in delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a Front Office Supervisor, you will guide daily operations, ensure smooth check‑ins and check‑outs, and uphold the warm hospitality standards of the Curio Collection by Hilton.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the front office team, ensuring efficient guest service throughout the day.
  • Create staff schedules, assign tasks, and conduct pre‑shift briefings.
  • Provide on‑the‑job training, guidance, and real‑time feedback to team members.
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve issues, supporting staff with complex or escalated situations.
  • Monitor lobby traffic and adjust staffing levels to maintain optimal service flow.
  • Drive special projects and departmental initiatives as assigned.

Required profile

  • A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and a sense of urgency.
  • Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
