PMC QA/QC Manager – Major Petrochemical Project

About the role

We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance and control activities for a large petrochemical EPC/PMC project in Adana. The role will establish and maintain the Project Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with client specifications, international standards and regulatory requirements throughout engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain the Project Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001 and client specifications.
• Lead and manage QA/QC personnel, discipline inspectors, quality engineers and third‑party inspection agencies.
• Oversee inspection and testing for civil, structural, mechanical, piping, welding, electrical, instrumentation and coating disciplines.
• Review and approve contractor quality documents, inspection reports, test records and material certifications.
• Manage Non‑Conformance Reports, corrective and preventive actions, and conduct root‑cause investigations.
• Coordinate vendor surveillance, source inspections and monitor supplier quality performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Industrial, Materials or related).
• Minimum 15 years of QA/QC management experience in petrochemical, refinery, oil & gas or large industrial EPC/PMC projects.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary quality teams and managing contractors.
• Strong knowledge of project phases from engineering to handover.

• Inspection, testing, auditing and vendor surveillance techniques.
• Interpretation of engineering drawings, specifications and codes.
• Welding, NDT, coating, pressure equipment and piping system quality requirements.
• Quality reporting systems and project management tools.
