Procurement Specialist – Industrial Projects

About the role

Rönesans Holding is seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to support the Ceyhan PDH‑PP Plant, a greenfield petrochemical complex in the Ceyhan Energy Specialized Industrial Zone, Adana. You will manage sourcing and purchasing activities from requisition to delivery, ensuring the right quality, cost, and schedule for critical materials and services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end procurement processes for assigned categories, from purchase requisition in SAP to order creation.
• Collaborate with technical teams to clarify scope, specifications, and commercial requirements.
• Identify and assess domestic and international suppliers, develop alternative sourcing options, and conduct RFQ/RFP processes.
• Negotiate price, payment terms, delivery conditions, warranties, and other commercial terms.
• Track orders through delivery, coordinate logistics and import activities, and ensure compliance with quality, cost, and schedule targets.
• Monitor supplier performance, maintain procurement KPIs, and contribute to cost‑reduction initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of professional procurement experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Experience procuring chemicals, spare parts, consumables, and services.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP procurement processes; knowledge of SAP MM and/or ARIBA is a plus.
• Familiarity with domestic and international procurement, import procedures, and Incoterms.
