Account Executive / Account Manager

About the role

Tag is seeking an experienced Account Executive or Account Manager to lead the delivery and project management of permanent and temporary POS and commercial print campaigns for a range of client brands. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring campaigns are executed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end campaign processes from brief to delivery, including structural and creative brief development.
• Challenge client briefs, propose technical and sustainable solutions, and drive cost‑saving initiatives.
• Provide exceptional customer service, visiting client sites and retail locations as needed to verify measurements.
• Process quotation requests promptly, keep clients informed of progress, and maintain strong relationships.
• Collaborate with the central procurement team to select suppliers, negotiate costs and timelines, and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
• Oversee order processing to achieve the most efficient execution possible.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience for Account Executive or 5 years for Account Manager.
• Proven experience in permanent/temporary POS and commercial print projects.
• Background in FMCG, CPG or consumer healthcare sectors.
• Strong project‑management capabilities and client‑facing experience.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and commercial acumen.
• Team‑player attitude with a service‑mindset.
