About the role
We are seeking a dedicated ACM Operations Specialist to join our fast‑growing social‑app team. In this role you will support the community of users, manage hashtag‑based interactions, and help drive engagement across voice‑based and streaming features.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day user operations and ACM relationship activities.
- Organise and run online social events that encourage user interaction.
- Support community building within voice‑chat, streaming, and gaming environments.
- Monitor and promote virtual gifting ecosystems and hashtag campaigns.
- Collaborate with product and moderation teams to ensure a safe, engaging user experience.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience in user operations, community management, or ACM relationship handling, preferably in voice/streaming, social platforms or gaming.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with an empathetic and detail‑oriented approach.
- Fluency in Turkish as a first language.
Required skills
- Proficiency with basic data analysis tools, especially Excel.
