AI Governance Consultant

About the role

Yapı Kredi Technology is seeking an AI Governance Consultant to design, implement, and oversee a robust governance framework for its AI software systems. You will ensure technical robustness, data protection, and cybersecurity across AI solutions used in the finance sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AI governance policies, procedures, and standards.
• Collaborate with software engineers, security, data, and architecture teams to embed governance into the software development lifecycle.
• Monitor AI system reliability, scalability, and security through automated testing and performance tools.
• Implement data governance frameworks for large‑scale AI deployments.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging AI governance trends and industry standards.

Required profile

• MSc degree in Computer Engineering, AI Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience with secure AI software development and high‑performance system management.
• Strong analytical abilities to assess performance, scalability, and reliability of AI systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
