Assistant Restaurant Manager

About the role

Maxx Royal Resorts, a luxury hospitality brand with over 40 years of history, is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager for a full-time, on-site position in Bodrum. The role supports the overall operation and guest experience of the restaurant, working closely with the Restaurant Manager and kitchen leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily service and ensure food and beverage standards match the brand's luxury values.
• Coordinate staff schedules and support hiring, onboarding and coaching of team members.
• Monitor service quality and guest feedback to drive high customer satisfaction.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues while keeping a welcoming, professional atmosphere.
• Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager and kitchen on menu execution, service flow and operational efficiency.
• Carry out administrative duties such as reporting, inventory support and compliance with health, safety and brand standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in restaurant or hotel F&B management or supervision, preferably in upscale or luxury hospitality.
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and service, with effective communication with team members and guests.
• Experience supporting staff development, including training, performance feedback and team culture.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Hospitality Management, Tourism or a related degree is an advantage; multilingual skills are a plus.

Required skills

• Solid food and beverage knowledge, including service standards, menu understanding and basic food safety and hygiene awareness.
• Organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• A hands-on approach during busy service periods.
