Assistant Store Manager – Luxury Retail

About the role

As an Assistant Store Manager you will act as a brand ambassador, supporting the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving profitability and team performance in a luxury retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, develop and coach store managers and associates, ensuring succession planning and high‑performance teams.
• Lead clienteling initiatives, build and maintain a VIP client network, and collaborate with PR on trunk shows and special events.
• Oversee floor operations, enforce FENDI standards on appearance, selling ceremony and behavior, and maximize sales opportunities.
• Partner with the Operations Manager to implement policies, control expenses, manage inventory, and ensure loss prevention.
• Analyze sales figures, KPIs and market trends to support action‑plan execution and merchandising guidelines.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in fashion or luxury sales.
• 5+ years in a managerial role with proven team‑leadership abilities.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to inspire a high‑performing team.
