Associate - HR Analytics

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Associate – HR Analytics to join the Human Resources Directorate at Beko Corporate. In this position you will support data‑driven decision‑making by gathering, analysing and interpreting HR information.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in collecting, cleaning and visualising HR data to uncover trends and patterns.
• Support the development and maintenance of analytics tools, dashboards and reporting platforms.
• Prepare HR reports, presentations and insights for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define data requirements and contribute to HR projects.
• Conduct basic statistical analysis and stay updated on emerging HR analytics practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or a related quantitative field.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Self‑motivated team player comfortable working with multi‑geography teams.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong presentation skills with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with SAP, SQL, Qlik Sense, Tableau and Python is a plus.
