Associate Project Manager - Air Insulated MV Cubicles

About the role

ABB is looking for an Associate Project Manager to manage projects in its Electrification Distribution Solutions Division factory, where Air Insulated Metal Clad MV Cubicles are manufactured. The role reports to the Factory PM Team Leader and covers the full project lifecycle, from order intake to contract completion, working closely with customers and internally with tendering, engineering, sourcing, production, quality, finance and service. The work model is hybrid.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and execute orders according to technical specifications and commercial contractual requirements.
• Handle scheduling, tracking, shipment, invoicing coordination, closing and act as single point of contact for technical and commercial coordination with customers and suppliers.
• Ensure project management complies with ABB Business Ethics, contracts, quality standards, HSE requirements, financial targets and schedule commitments.
• Negotiate scope changes and claims strategically and pursue change order opportunities to increase orders and reduce risk.
• Plan the critical path, control project activities to improve cash flow, and forecast revenue, profitability, costs, margins and cash flow.
• Deliver and invoice projects in line with customer and company KPIs such as revenue and on-time delivery.

Required profile

• University degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
• Fluent verbal and written communication in Turkish and English.
• Experience in project management, engineering, service or testing.
• Experience with medium and low voltage systems is a plus; manufacturing facility experience is preferable.
• Valid driving licence and no obstacles to travel.
