Boutique Hostess – Luxury Fashion Retail

About the role

We are seeking a professional Hostess to be the first point of contact for clients at our CHANEL boutique in Istinye Park. As a CHANEL Ambassador, you will create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure every visitor enjoys an exceptional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all clients with a warm, genuine smile.
• Direct clients to the appropriate areas of the boutique and manage queue flow during peak times.
• Record client names, visit purpose, and brief needs to personalize service.
• Maintain daily appointment logs, boutique rosters, and act as liaison between customers and the sales team.
• Communicate clearly and confidently with clients, fostering emotional connections to the brand.
• Stay knowledgeable about all CHANEL products, policies, after‑sales services, and credit procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 2 years of retail customer‑service experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Well‑groomed with a pleasant, dynamic personality.
• Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Fluent English; French is a plus.
