Business Controller

About the role

The Business Controller will support B. Braun Medikal Türkiye by delivering accurate financial reporting, analysing performance, and providing insights that drive strategic decisions. This role works closely with finance, sales, and operational teams to ensure financial discipline and support growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial reports, variance analyses and ad‑hoc management reports.
• Analyse actual financial statements against budget, monitor variances and interpret performance indicators.
• Provide financial insights to support management decision‑making and identify improvement opportunities.
• Monitor sales, profitability and financial performance of sales departments, delivering regular reports.
• Support pricing strategy development by analysing financial impact of price changes, discounts and promotions.
• Coordinate the company‑wide budgeting process, prepare budgets and perform periodic revisions.
• Prepare monthly cash‑flow reports and analyse actual versus planned cash flows.
• Support monthly and annual financial closing processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in controlling, financial analysis and reporting.
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and financial performance monitoring.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving and decision‑support capabilities.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Good command of English.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with SAP (preferred).
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI.
