Business Development Representative (SDR/BDR) – B2B AI & Software

About the role

Vizio AI is seeking a results‑driven Business Development Representative to generate qualified sales opportunities for its AI and software services. You will own the early outbound sales process, from prospect outreach to meeting generation, and collaborate closely with the Business Analyst and Sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Execute outbound prospecting across LinkedIn, email, Upwork and other channels.
• Engage C‑level executives, directors and department heads with personalized outreach.
• Book qualified meetings with potential B2B clients and conduct initial qualification.
• Generate Sales Qualified Leads that match the Ideal Customer Profile.
• Maintain accurate prospect, meeting and opportunity data in the CRM.
• Collaborate with lead generation and Business Analyst/Sales team members.
• Continuously test and improve messaging, targeting and outbound strategies.

Required profile

• Previous experience in SDR, BDR, business development or outbound B2B appointment setting.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Confidence communicating with international C‑level and senior decision‑makers.
• Proven ability to meet measurable meeting and SQL targets.
• Understanding of business problems and ability to connect them with AI/software solutions.
