We are seeking a motivated Business Development Specialist to drive growth in the live streaming sector for the Turkey and Azerbaijan market. The role involves identifying new opportunities, building partnerships, and contributing to the company’s expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new business opportunities through active outreach and market research.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with agencies, partners, and potential clients.
• Negotiate and follow up on opportunities from initial contact to successful cooperation.
• Monitor market developments and contribute to growth strategies.

Required profile

• Fluent in Turkish, English and Azerbaijani (written and spoken).
• Previous Business Development experience, preferably in live streaming, social media or digital entertainment.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and target‑oriented.
